Party Bookings: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required within 7 days of submitting your booking form to secure your booking. Should you cancel your party this deposit or any monies paid to Marshmallow Kids Ltd cannot be refunded. In the event of a Lockdown or a Pandemic any money paid will be put towards a credit and not be refunded.
Final numbers, any allergy details and full payment of the party is required 10 days before the party. Any party NOT paid in full 7 days before the party runs the risk of having their party cancelled. We cannot hold dates and times until your payment has been made. Thank you for understanding.
